Hello Ariane. Hope r w il. effrey has asked that I try and set up an appointment for
you with Dr. Merrell and for him to possibly see you as well this Thursday or
Friday. Dr. Merrell's office will need you to fill out some new patient forms...they will be
sending these forms to your email directly.. If you could please fill out for them as soon
as possible it would be great as we cannot make the appointment for you until they receive
the paperwork and Dr. Merrell looks it over.
