Hi Lesley, that's in the sound bar settings, see if there is a menu for the sound bar with
the small silver remote to adjust the bass.

Morning George. The base is way too loud and overpowering in the basement.
Ike has tried to turn it down but something is not working. Can you explain or send
directions on how to turn the base down? It is when you use the little silver remote (we
turn the volume completely down on the TV itself).
