Information Center (877 487 2778) and was told your old passport (even if expired) is just as good as a birth certificate to show as proofof citizenship. You had to show your
birth certificate to receive your very first passport. Take a photo copy of the passport ID page, a copy of the front and back of your DL, your completed in black ink DSII
application (DO NOT SIGN UNTIL IN FRONT OF AN AGENT), proof of travel (print the ticket I sent you), new passport photo. money (exact cash, check, CC)
