Hi Rich,
We need some paint touch ups to be done at 301 guest apartments. Jeffrey said we can use Ching (the painter that
you recommended for 71st).
I have a brief description of the work written down, but would still like to meet with Ching directly to show him
what needs to be done. I understand you would need to negotiate the cost. Please advice how would you like me
to proceed.
