Delivery FAQs
Is there anything I need to do next?
We want you to be delighted with the your products from Houseology so please take some time to read our
Measuring Guide & Design Considerations to ensure that your delivery goes smoothly and your new
purchases fit perfectly into your home.
When will I receive my order?
If your products are shown as 'in stock' and you ordered before 5pm, your order will be delivered by DPD on
a next working day service. You will receive emails and text messages giving you a one hour delivery slot.
If anything on your order is not currently in stock, and you chose to wait and ship together, your goods will
be collated and dispatched together with the latest availability date shown above. You will receive an email
to inform you when the goods have been dispatched, which courier is delivering them and a tracking link.
If you chose multiple items and the option to ship individually, your goods will be dispatched as they
become available and you will be sent individual emails and tracking links.

If you have ordered a larger piece(s) of furniture, your order will be dispatched within the timescales shown.
On dispatch, you will receive a shipment email detailing which courier is delivering your goods; they will call
you to arrange a suitable day and time for delivery.
Who will deliver my goods?
We partner courier companies including DPD and Nightfreight who collect from our warehouse on a daily
basis. When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a unique tracking code to trace
the movements and expected delivery time of your goods.
When do deliveries normally take place?
Unless by special arrangement, all deliveries occur Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. Saturday and
named day deliveries are available at an extra cost. During busy periods, such as Christmas, deliveries may
arrive outwith these hours.
Does someone need to be in to receive the goods?
Ideally, yes. Items are delivered by our courier and a signature is required. If there is no one in, the courier
has been instructed to leave the package with a near neighbour, take their signature and put a card through
your door. If that is not possible, they will return the package to the local depot and contact you to
rearrange delivery. If that fails, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to
rearrange delivery.
What happens if my parcel doesn't arrive?
If your delivery hasn't arrived within the timescales quoted on the website, contact us as soon as possible
and we will look into this for you.
