you board need finance people , not politicians . banking expertise. international finance. donald Kaberoka is
not well respected in finance at all much more philanthropy he can be on foundation board. someone like
volcker. bemake . former goldman partners. . you need to show you are serious about profits. operation,
staffing, . I know no one fully understands all the issues in your conflict with benjamin and the family. again,
you need a trusted team, to surround you that are loyal and competent. you are strong , you have no
