Jeffery,
I am always amazed with so much on your plate you find the time to respond so quickly! I am working round the
clock operating The Paint Mixer's two locations in Utah and focusing my efforts in finding LunchBOX locations
in SF, building out salon, training and managing the opening of salons. I don know if I can effectively leverage
my time between 2 states during the ramp up of a new area. However, I would not be surprised if there are
changes to the franchise structure in the next year, that allows for the possibly of investor participation in
developing areas as opposed to today's model which is 100% operators. In the meantime, I would love to speak
further with you about the development of the SF Bay area, and keep you posted as to opportunities in NYC.

It really was great that you had the time to catch up me while I was visiting NY end of the
year! It was nice to see you again! Thank you for the advice you shared with me in regard
to the kids and my business opportunities. Jack has decided that he would like to
graduate 6 months early his senior year (Feb of 2017) and come to NYC to find an
internship or a job. My bother John has offered for Jack to work for him, but I know Jack
is trying for find something more in the world of sports business/management. Any

I am really excited to be building LunchBOX franchise in the Bay Area. I have opened one
and are now in the build out phase of the second salon in Alameda. We are
researching real estate possibilities in 9 counties as we have another 8 to open over the
next 4 years. I know once Jack is done with school next year I will continue to have more
time to grow this business in SF. I have made the decision to pass on the
franchise opportunity for NYC and focus my efforts, time and finances in developing the SF
Area. At this stage I would like to communicate with you further about the possibility of
financing opportunities/personal loan for the continue development of this territory in a
