As discussed the Humidifiers that supply Master Bedroom (1), Guest Bedrooms (2)
Great Room (2) and Upstairs Sitting Room (I), total of 6 units need to be replaced
They are original to build and work 24/7.
Attached photo showing condition of one of the units.
At this time 1 unit is completely down. I taken parts from this unit to make the Master Bedroom and Sitting
Room unit work.

1.Trane can replace at a cost of $24,800.00
or
2.We purchase units and have RMC install, ECI program at a cost of $18,370.00
Lead Time 3-4 Weeks, installation will take 4 days
