John meets with the WICO board tonight. He will have the letter to go over with Ed and board. Ed Thomas is
trying to disrupt negotiations with GERS in order to go public now (that negotiations with GERS have broken
down) so it looks bad for John. Ed is supporting Mapp. Ed wants to take back his retirement and John does not
want him to stay and has not asked him to stay. Mapp has promised him that he can stay.
