No. This was done privately by sending an e-mail to their list of prospects. This was not an auction. They don't
do auctions. They solicit offers privately. Meaning that different parties who may bid are not aware of other
parties' bids. There is no specific process. There are multiple offers on this note and they are working with me
because they know I have a relationship with the borrowers and believe that I can bring this out of bk and have
the lawsuits go away -- including the lawsuits against them by the borrower.
