Hope all is well
I will be sending you the real estate concept that Steve Rattner is pursuing...it's up and running and it's
brilliant...he has put in 10mm and they are looking for 300 mm...it is so simple, I would prefer .....if you like
the plan to meet with him when you are next in town or he would come and see you in Florida.
Also during our last conversation you and I started to talk about zeffdesign working with you, I would like to
talk to you regarding LSJ once you have returned from the island as I still see us being able to help ...since we
spoke I have signed up a few more projects, fired four more people and given back one of the two floors to my
landlord...rent is 4k versus 20k....meeting with landlord for Lokita in meatpacking and sent of an offer for our
Burger Baby café „„corner bleeker and LaGuardia....all this in just a week. Will sign up three more projects
within in a few weeks.
Please get back to me once you have received the Rattner deal.
