Dear Jeffrey, Yes, FANCELLI in January, Molyneux is just blowing smoke. The wood floor needs to be

Dear Doug,
As a recap to our conference call yesterday, please review the following:
I. JPMS is coordinating shipping for all Fancelli items. Schedule is as follows:
a. November 30 - Fancelli production complete
b. December 4 — Crating and packing complete and air transport to St. Thomas begins
c. December 9 — Arrival of crate(s) to St. Thomas
d. December 10 / 11 — DS to organize transport from St. Thomas airport to Little St. James for
storage into an air conditioned container (4 available containers as per DS).
e. December 12 — Fancelli crew arrives to Little St. James to begin installation
f. December 22 / 23 — Fancelli crew completes installation
2. Fancelli installation is dependent on the flooring installation schedule. Flooring must be installed
by December 12 for on-time Fancelli installation. DS is coordinating flooring shipment and installation —
flooring is currently en route to St. Thomas via boat. As per DS schedule update, flooring should arrive first
week of December and installed the second week of December, if no shipping issues ensue.
3. As per DS, because of possible flooring shipping delays, the flooring installation schedule may conflict
with Fancelli installation. As per DS suggestion it would be beneficial to move Fancelli installation
deadline to January 31 instead of December 31.

4. DS to speak with Darren to confirm that an amendment to the contract is indeed possible. DS to keep
JPMS informed of decisions.
5. JPMS is coordinating shipping for all loose items (furniture pieces, etc.) for an early December arrival
at the St. Thomas airport. The sisal carpet is scheduled to arrive at the port of St. Thomas on December 15t.
The desk, desk chair, globes, 4 club chairs, coffee table and window seat cushion are being shipped by air
and will arrive at the St Thomas airport no later than December 15th.
6. JPMS to confirm air transport of items will arrive in St. Thomas airport, not Miami airport.
7. DS will schedule and organize transport of shipped items from St. Thomas airport to Little St. James.
8. DS noted that there are 4 air conditioned containers on Little St. James for storing all shipped items.
DS to coordinate storage once shipped items arrive to Little St. James.
9. JPMS noted that leather for the shutters and additional hardware has yet to be paid for and is awaiting
payment.
10. JPMS noted that the full ceiling design has been sent to Mr. Epstein for review and confirmation and are
awaiting approval. The center panel design of the ceiling is complete on canvas only.
Thank you for your time yesterday to speak with us. Please keep us updated with your conversations with
Darren so that we may proceed with an agreed schedule.
Best,
g2,Laurin
