I asked him who would be handling the conveyance on Paula's behalf in the UK and he told me they had not appointed
anyone yet and he was currently looking for a suitable firmof solicitoes to do this and would let me know in due course.
Needless to say, he also asked me to provide details of the potential purchaser, which I said I would do shortly.
Are you in a position to enter a dialogue with Mr Roach? Even if just to buy some time? I am concerned that if there is no
communication they might lose interest and look elsewhere.
