landing„ and placard the seats "Do not occupy for Take off or Landing"
As long as we have 19 legal certified 16G seat belts for takeoff/ landing.
Also,
Not long ago, we installed new Hydrolocks in most of the chairs to prevent slop in seat back in the 727. If they
are the same, I could use in the BBJ.
Just a cost savings idea.

$15k to $20k, it's used on old DC9 aircraft.
