Here are my notes as to items that we have to get done prior to April 18th. My intention is to wrap as many up as
possible today and have Leon and Barry sign tomorrow.
Open issues are:
I. Any additional State filings: Tom + Rich Joslin
I Reasons and Amounts?
2. Jee sign-off on JB, AB, VB 2015 1040 filings
3. Jee sign off on AIF and Pent
4. Jee sign off on whether to file or extend Narrows, Inc. and Noel Calb.
