The bathtub is an allowance its only in France and there is a long lead time of 10 weeks. Maybe we can ask the
designer to come up with one more accessible
Painting number includes all the antiquing of the gold trim on 1st and 2nd floors skimming the walls after they
take off the trim and repainting all Sheetrock areas on 1st and 2nd stair halls and base painting bathroom ceiling
The site maintenance is the protection price for entry foyer, stair hall and upstairs it was the only number i had to
negotiate harder but its a lot of work
They are saying 8 weeks to give themselves a buffer there is definitely 2 weeks in protecting and putting up and
taking down scaffold
I will make sure it gets done in 6
