I look up the manual: the "message waiting " is a default ID assigned when an extension calls another
extension. Once the message button pressed it will show the extension/ phone name that called, but no voice
messages could be left on the phone. I am waiting to hear back from Steve Bisby, the installer, to confirm my
findings. I also requested more information on voicemail boxes on the system.
