Sloman will just say we have a written agreement and refer to that. The lawyers are at fault here. How could
they possibly think this was not a violation? One of the purposes was to avoid a criminal trial and conviction.
We are theproverbial kid who kills his parents and asks for mercy because he is an orphan. Let's not fool
