grass is fine , but I'd prefer hardscape.. no watering. maintenance.. some grass , but chairs and tables outside on a
noce day need to sit on other than grass

The plant material that surrounds the top of hill could be made to block the building without going through the
trouble of building a wall. However, if you like the look of a larger wall then that would work well too. Is the
open space with the grass ok with you?

for example „ maybe we should build a 8-10 foot rock wall on the north west side to block the view of the

Ok, This was just a starting point. The outside line around the top is a rock wall. When you say rocks
and sculpting do you mean more of a terracing effect in the verticle height, and do you like the larger open
space of the grass or would you like to see it more compact with more plantings and palms? I also just
finished meeting with Mr. Caplinger and would be happy to assist in any way.
Best Regards . Mat.

it needs more rocks and sculpting.. the paths should be edged in large stones.. the verticality of the hill
can be molded if necessary.
