I just received confirmation from the Judge McKenna's clerk in NY that the Motion to Quash the NY Daily
News Subpoenas will be heard in NY on 05/04. As you know Brad has filed a response in opposition along with
affidavits from himself and listen. Do we want someone to appear on JE's behalf?? If so, who?? I am guessing
I will need to send stuff....This is Tuesday.
