Attached is the 2010 P&L and PTR pro forma. Column C includes the whole company, column E is only the PTR brand,
column G is only the JJ spa brand, column I shows the proforma adjustments and column J has a comment regarding each
line. I also put a few footnotes at the bottom for some line items I thought needed further explanation.
Tomorrow I will send you the PTR pro forma by month for 2010.
