I. WE have a punch list. , the priorities are five palms, and then the smoothing and flattening of the
engineering area and the removal of the cement plant. I need firm completion dates and firm daily work lists.
2. dock box, dock convering, roads grading, becnh placement, grotto completeion ( third side for sliding
shiutters ? . 2. I met with steve„ the engienemg numbers quote was we agreed very goofy. i need to know
what new out of pocket, ( we have plenty of rebar laying around for ex ). any project will cost. ie grader,
truck etc. . five plams is the prioirty , and tom has little hands on work there, the gravel should be laid , the
electric should be wired , doors installed, and mirrors installed . im not sure about the need for temp air
