I Received a call Frank and Fred the old B727 Engine buyers that did not preform at closing.,
They asked me if you would be interested in purchasing a BBJ fuselage with 1,523 hours for $2M excluding the
engines is their asking price,.
Frank is negotiating the purchase of the BBJ at $19.5M he's only interested in the engines, he has a buyer for the
engines at approx $10M each,
Frank informs we could lease BBJ engines for $163k per month for 2 engines, if there is an advantage to Lease?
or purchase higher cycle engines for approx $4.5m each.
I've attached the spec sheet of the BBJ
it appears the only value left on BBJ's is the engines, since the Airlines are in need of low time / Low Cycle
engines
Should I tell Frank we will Pass?

$500K Margin on the sale of the Engines
$2.0MM USD- Sale of the Aircraft minus the engines to JEGE
Total Gross Margin for Lelac Aerospace, LLC $2.5MM USD
Fred, please send Lary the matrix on the lease engines and the respective
forecast. i.e. lease rate and M/Rs over the next 5 years.
