with the condition that we woudl work something out. I did so . Only after tede and you urged me to agree to
a heavily reduced fee , and shook hands on it. I continued to do things , I believed in your interest. . After
speaking with Ellen I am more convinced than ever that she is incapable of leading the charge. she had little
understanding of the big issues, and as i stated previously , could do the plumbing , no more. She can't
negotiate with Marla and or her counsel. she has little income tax knowledge. even less of security law options
and benefits. . 3. The transcaction which you were waiting on, is no longer viable. 4. I cherish our friendship.
if you have decided to break our deal , just tell me. I have hired the guys as you asked, I will eat the cost..
you can give a donation to the american symphony in your name, and feel good . Im not sure how having one
billion five hundered million in your estate is much different from 1 billion five hundered and twnety millon but
I am aware of the cognitive dissonnace created by it. Lets try to resolve this one way or the other today.
