With regard to Melanie/ LDB expenses, Rich D and I met with Melanie
and most expenses/ expenditures will now be paid via the family
office. Items to be paid by family office will include loan payments,
charity, legal and accounting, house maintenance, et al. I will speak
to Miriam today with regard to medical as I understand she is
responsible for submitting expense to the insurance companies for
reimbursement. She had not indicated that this was confidential or
restricted to Melanie submitting. I will follow up and revert.
