Hi! It was great to see you on Saturday. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your weekend.
Lindsey and I are pulling items to show you for Karenya's apt and the studio that is being worked on.
Just to get an idea could you give us an approximate budget.
My guess is Guest studio- $25,000.00 -$30,000.00
Karenya One bedroom: $40,000-$50,000
Including new furniture in bedroom, carpet, and living room.
We can discuss later but I am thinking perhaps we can charge you wholesale and then charge a design fee.
