Thanks for your help and keeping us updated. Linda is ready but she will be in bad
shape once he dies. She has some other friends who I asume will be able to be around
for support. You making the funeral arrangements is outstanding; she could not do it.

MB/JE: I visited warren and linda earlier. It is definitely over, as Michael says. The arrangements are in the making and
I just wrote the obit. He will be cremated at the earliest and we will have a memorial service with a young rabbi friend
in the auditorium of the Jewish Community Center in Dallas on Sunday at noon, March 9th. We will have another
memorial for him at the Soho Synagogue in NYC date and time TBD. The services will be just to honor and remember
him. Anyone can get up and speak. Linda is calm and ready for this. More to come.

I spoke w Linda and then the hospice nurse practioner at 1 pm EST. Warren has taken
a dramatic turn for the worse. He is going in cardio-pulmonary failure. They are giving
him increased doses of morphine. He's sedated. I don't think he'll make it/ survive
beyond 1-3 days. Terry will arrange for a funeral home to pick up the body.

I spoke to Linda Eisenstein for over 50 min tonight. She's struggling. Warren's
condition is quite tenuous; I'm trying to support her through this. It should be
noted that she told me how truly moved /indebted/appreciative she is for the
dramatic support she has received from all of us.
