the attack on valeria is only bait and a diversion to get you to lose focus. it is irrelevant to the case. max has
the authority to make distributions. he has abused that position under harry s direction. you , noam were
named as trustee . but resigned in favor of harry, a judge should allow you to rescind that resignation as it
appears that harry has hostile views. and it is evidenced by his writings. responding to the attacks on valeria
in a court filing ie protected from defamation. . might be emotionally satisfying , but little progress will be
