Good Morning Mr Epstein,
These are the answers from IMAX on your questions. They want us to pay our retainer to give us the
construction specs and drawings which the Architects will need.
I. Elevations are provided in our technical drawing set (on retainer).
2. We offer many brands of luxury theater seats. Our top brand is CINEAK We would provide a seat map after some
discussion on the type Mr. Epstein likes. Lots to choose from.
3. A full speaker layout drawing with exact placements is included in our technical drawing set (on retainer).
4. Ceiling speakers are optional depending on layout. Our design team would provide information on placement in our technical drawing set
(on retainer).
5. Yes, interior paneling is recommended. This is included in our interiors package. Our design team would provide information on placement
in our technical drawing set (on retainer).
6. HVAC instructions are provided in our construction documents which are released on retainer.
