Mr Jeffers has pushed back the start of the roads, and told me his contract is not finalized. He needs two weeks
from the time his contract is executed to gather his men and materials. I have set up a meeting 1 week out to
cover logistics and operations.

I just spoke to Jeffers and he said the contract is not finalized yet, and that it is with you. He said once that is
done then he will need two weeks once that is finalized. I told him to contact me 1 week out for an onsite
logistics meeting. Is this true or is he blowing smoke?

kyle you asked for advice last week and you need to start anticipating things as opposed to reacting...
perfect example is steel buildings
you sent out for 3 quotes mid december and they all said 3 weeks..
mr epstein should not have to ask this morning where quotes are before you reach out to vendors...
