Stacey Plaskett has been instrumental in pushing the new lease through Congress. • The closest resorts to AYH are Sugar Bay which is privately owned and managed. It is not presently open to the public. Margaritaville is also in Smith Bay but it's a vacation ownership property. There are also Point Pleasant, Secret Harbor at he Elysian but they are all vacation ownership properties as well. Nothing near AYH is on the scale of the Ritz.
