Im working to get Jay to send me his tile guy for a week starting this Wednesday, waiting on the confirmation. I
will have them starting on the steps and cracked coral stone around your areas then moving on to Cabana 3-4
bathrooms (as long as we have no issues with fixture install). They will all be done before you arrive again.
Also Brice mentioned to me about hiring 3-4 guys for a concrete forming group, do you still want to proceed
with that? I have a few guys in mind but I think we should hire them at the same time as the car-mix shows up to
the island. The second part of that is do we want to hire them under LSJ or under my EIN (KR Builders LLC)
since I am technically a sub-contractor of Jay. Please let me know what you think. Thank you!
