Contract signed waiting and received deposit for Sagaponack closing October 15
Gallery closed until noon today, will get information then
Hotel received preliminary term sheet from a Guggenheim spin off called Aquarian to refinance the hotel
preferred and sponsor and investor debt
will get them comments this morning
