Jen has been cleaning boats for several months and was being paid out of petty cash. She does a great job. She
owns the cleaning company I mentioned to you. Her invoices have consistently been in the petty cash
reconciliations that are submitted monthly.m, so this is not new. Jen has moved to a billing cycle instead of being
paid per cleaning. This is why this is the first time we are seeing it as a check request instead of in petty cash.
She usually cleans twice a week.
