Yup he said he'll think how to do it in her particular case. Interview is a huge part of the process and she needs to
know what to say. He said be of elections now they only give about 200 passports a day and that includes visa
renewal (given that there are more than 400 applications a day). needs some nexus w ukraine which
he'll think about how to prove it. Because American visa now is long term they're very very picky as to whom to
give it to . I'm sure you know it all but just repeating to you what he told me. The guy does his job better than
anyone I've encountered so let's wait till she's in kiev. Also tell her to mention other visas to him, he'll help w
that as well.
