I understand,
I'll offer our GIV plus $5M for their GV now.,
Our GIV is a 1988 with 9,500 hours and 4300 landings,.
Next major inspection is out 72month due in 2018 and dual engine overhaul shop visit:
, Engine overhaul is free per Corporate Care.
I budget $500k for the 72 month,
At 5000 Landings there is a major tail / inspection due„ almost all GIV aircrafts find cracks, and require repairs
in this area,. I have to check if GV's are effected.,
Cost is $175k
We due approx 130 landings a year,. So 5000 landings is several years away for us.
I'll check with Susan,. I think their plane is clean since they completed 192 month inspection„ restarts the
inspection clock,.
Great idea about swapping seats and divan„
Not sure if GV is a I6G seat requirement??

Owner of the GV is Justin Jenkins,. Rumor is he paid $8M for the plane,
Spent $200k on interior and $175k for Paint,
- Prebuy was done in Gulfstream in Palm Beach when Jet Evolution purchased about 6 months ago,.
I sent Susan specs on our GIV for their review and Trade possibility,.
I have not mention the $5M plus our plane yet,. Waiting for her to respond with Trade Value of the GIV.,
Larry,
Regarding our G-V, please go to our website to view the specs and photos:

I found a picture of the crew lavatory after we redid the plating but before the leather was replaced. It will
show wear from storage of bags but that leather has now been replaced. The old picture is attached.
I have also attached a picture of the cockpit (high and low resolution so you can zoom in). We redid the crew
seats as part of the interior work so the chairs have new sheepskin and the plating was redone for the drink
holders. It is hard to see in the picture but the aircraft does have HUD.

I will ask our DOM if he has any pictures of the crew galley and flight attendant jumpseat and a more recent
picture of the crew lay.
Feel free to contact me anytime over the holidays if you have any further questions on 443 254 6530.
I will be going up to Canada next week to meet our DOM. The freshly overhauled APU is being shipped
today by Gulfstream and will be reinstalled by Goderich on the 3rd. If I can't locate extra pictures, I will take
more next week for you.
Best regards,
Susan
