Thanks Lesley, I think this is a good start as these two individuals will
manage good bit of day to day. There are other individuals that will be
involved but are in London those days so will meet Jeffrey over the coming
weeks. One of these folks is Vinit Sahni who ran DB investment banking rates
business globally and we recently moved him into our asset and wealth
