A Washington Post op-ed titled, "Epstein
case points to creeping rot in the U. S.
justice system" appeared last Sunday in
The Palm Beach Post. The piece makes
an important point: that nondisclosure
agreements (NDAs) in civil lawsuits
should not be permitted to allow wealthy
and powerful perpetrators to silence their
victims. With that point, I absolutely
agree.
