Collect your tickets from Eurostar self-service machines (excluding Lille Europe and Calais-Frethun)
• Enter your Eurostar booking reference
• Insert the credit/debit card or Eurostar Frequent Traveller membership card you used to make the booking
• Tickets can also be collected from the ticket desk by the card holder on presentation of the card used for
payment.
Please allow 45 minutes prior to scheduled Eurostar departure if you still need to collect your tickets.
If you have any large items of luggage (such as skis or snowboards) please allow at least 60 minutes prior to your
scheduled Eurostar departure.
IMPORTANT —all debit and credit payments
• To collect your ticket(s) at stations the debit/credit card holder must be present with the debit/credit card used
for payment. You cannot use E-payment (virtual) cards to collect ticket(s) from the station.
• If the debit/credit card owner and debit/credit card cannot be present at ticket collection, you MUST select a
different delivery method.
