Jeffrey,.
I cannot get hanger in any NY area airport, I've been on the standby list since Monday at Atlantic in TEB, but
doesn't look promising. its to early to tell wind impact on NY, but I think I should at least take the plane to
Stewart NY airport (40 miles NW of NYC) for safe keeping, it seams far enough inland to avoid wind damage to
aircraft, and we could use AAG S76 to pick you up for our next departure, since AAG in based 15 miles away in
POU Poukipsee NY. I am storing our S76 in Poukipsee also..
I'm most concerned about flight controls hitting their stops, and damaging my control lock in the wind,.if we
decided to park at JFK, it seams JFK is in direct line of the storm at this time,. I plan to arrive in Newark at 10pm
and would move the plane Saturday morning, if you agree?
Newark / Teterboro forecasting 60 mph wind for Sunday,.
JFK 49 mph + wind
Stewart Newburg NY 37 mph wind..
your thoughts?
Larry
