I do not really have enough time to go to Alpine tomorrow...I will go Monday, Jan. 2. I
land at about noon and will go straight to the house...and meet the real estate
agent there as well. I will call agent in the morning and email update.
I asked my lawyer about asking for a complete listing of every check written against my
mother's estate and he keeps saying it's not necessary because there are laws???
And he is getting me all the money from the house I think we should know what
brother is doing. Once he spends, it's gone. Can he manage her stocks as well? I
have felt so uncomfortable not getting a full account since Feb...my brother is an
idiot and will just spend on himself. Lawyer said, ignore that he is using Palm
Beach apartment with out asking me. S0000000 borrrrring. Peg
