Denver is slightly closer than Dallas. When I look at commercial flights from Denver to
ABQ, flight time is about 1:15, whereas commercial flights from Dallas to ABQ is
1:45. (My only concern would be potential bad weather in Denver)
Some flights to Denver: all on Continental are all approx. 4:30 hours
Leave LGA at 7:50am arriving Denver 10:30am
Leave LGA at 10am arriving Denver at 12:35pm
Leave WA at 3pm arriving Denver at 5:40pm
Some flights to Dallas: all on American Airlines approx. 4:15 hours
Leave LGA at 6:55am, arrives Dallas 10am
Leave LGA at 8:30am, arrives Dallas 11:50am
Leave Newark at 9:30am arrives Dallas 12:55pm
Leave LGA at 2:25pm arrives Dallas 5:30pm
There are even later flights for both destinations, but didn't think you would want to leave
too late
