Subject: Flight options
Pricing is as follows
Beechjet (hawker 400) which holds 7 passengers
2 hours flight time x $5200 = 10,400
International customs fees = 3,000 (estimate by broker) - need to firm up this number
Total Cost = $13,400
Only issue is that they are asking for a 3 hour window to move up or back on departure
I think we can negotiate this down if we are going to proceed
