He should muratic acid the whole thing so the color is consistent. He might of put soap in the power
washer. I would have just sprayed them with the hose.

thanks Bob...the doors looked bad before Norman went after it...I am confused as to why
Norman would think using the power washer would be ok? To tell you the truth though, Norman
also put the muratic acid on our bluestone counter top and it is now a yellow/green in areas
instead of blue! Fle knows the counter tops need to be scaled and has that on his To Do list, but I
am concerned we now have yellowish greenish bluestone instead of bluestone...

Bob, That seems to be some type of residue on the doors. I showed it to the house sitter and she said
same thing. I told them if they want another coat of poly I'll talk to the painter.
They used a harsh chemical to clean the doors that took the luster out of the stain.
