ah, need to include this deposit in the big number also...I'll make sure there is enough in the
account...we will be asking the bank to come out and do an inspection in a couple of
weeks...setting up appointment and will let you know when they are coming.

You need to send her a check for half...Call Craig Samuelson (so he can figure
out what venting we need then Jennifer can order the venting...she says venting will be a few
hundred bucks)
(i asked her why line item I says we need to pick a surround, then line item 3 is the surround...she
says not to worry, that is just the way the line item is in the computer so they don't forget to ask)
