You won't believe this but I was thinking about you guys all day today and drove
by your house saw that the progress which was a hole and concrete walls of some
sort not yet installed . I will forward this email to Linda who is helping you
during the construction part and she will be able to answer these questions for
you. I'm leaving for New Orleans in the morning but will be checking my emails
at least 2 times a day :)

Hi Elena...hope all is going well for you...when it is time for us to schedule an
inspection with you guys, who do we contact? Also, are the funds released prior
to a project (example: framing lumber) Does the house need to be framed first
and then we are inspected (and receive the funds?) OR, do we submit an invoice
for lumber and funds are released?...not sure how it works...I can certainly call
someone regarding this as well ..just let me know who I should speak with.
