below. He's also asking about the schedule on Thursday - If you could get in

Joi is planning to leave here with them around 11am to head to the Harvard.

Hello Mika,
The current schedule calls for Sultan to arrive Boston the evening of November 3011' in
advance of meetings on December
He will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge.
Traveling with him are myself —Jim Miller and Feras Dahlan — both DP World employees
with the Chairman's office.
I would appreciate it if you would let know the schedule and location for that day so I
can coordinate it from my end. When I am in the USA I will be using these phones:

Jeffrey originally told me that he was going to drop by the Media Lab at 11AM and then leave
the Lab or Martin's at 11:30AM. It's fine if this has changed, but please confirm with Jeffrey.
Time on my calendar has opened up a bit so I'm free until 1:30PM or so.
I'm locking in a bunch of meetings for Sultan at the Media Lab from 9:30AM- IIAM (and we
could use a bit more time too if Jeffrey isn't going to be in Boston yet), but I'd like to firm the
meetings up so please give me the specifics of Jeffrey's plan and I'll coordinate our side.
