Subject: Dump Truck Rental

The dump truck owned by LSJ is non operational, parts have been ordered, at best
truck will be back in operation, 9th of July
Requesting approval to rent DUMP TRUCK with operator, LSJ to provide Fuel.
Cost of $500.00 per day for 2 weeks, or until LSJ truck is operational.
After 2 weeks this agreement will be reviewed and if additional time is required
you will be notified.
The following items are on the hotlist of things to do:
Removal concrete and rebar from pool deck
Excavation/back fill master bath
Back fill mechanical
Duct Bank Trenching
