Is it approved to give final offer of 100k for purchase of Protector?
Note: Mr. Jaffe has 3 months rent remaining ($3000) per his contract for boat
storage in Palm bch.
Maybe storage should be included if we agree to 110k, pls advise on final
proposal if you would like to proceed?
