Newark and Teterboro current 700 overcast 1mile visibility„ Heavy rain and low ceilings in NY this morning, clearing by
4pm today„ to 4=00 overcast 8 mile vis.
Should be fine for arrival at 8:30pm tonight.
Since I will be at Max landing weight and High VRef speed, I'd like to arrive Newark tonight for safety reasons.
Wind tonight is forecast out of west / 270 degrees at 20kts gusting 32kts.
I'd prefer Newark due to my weight and wind velocity
Do you approve Newark arrival?
